Thanks again for being patient, we value your business. As part of the purchase transaction, our third party vendors will ship the item to Lola Kickz. Lola Kickz will visually inspect the item and make sure the item is correct. If Lola Kickz determines the item is correct, Lola Kickz will ship the item to the buyer. Lola Kickz receives our inventory from retail stores, third party vendors, suppliers, and sellers. Lola Kickz attempts to authenticate the best of our ability. Lola Kickz may also not receive the items and sometimes have our third party vendors ship directly to the consumer. Lola Kickz will ship items within the specified timeframe provided in the sale confirmation email after purchase. However, because Lola Kickz cannot control the amount of time it takes for the item to reach Lola Kickz, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery timeframe for any items and therefore, buyer is not permitted to cancel the purchase if the item does not ship from Lola Kickz within the specified timeframe in the sale confirmation email after purchase. Once we receive the item from our third party it generally takes 1-2 business days for us to confirm the item and ship it to a buyer.Â
Due to the fact that our products are being shipped from a third party, there are no refunds & cancellations will be $50 if Lola Kickz approves your cancellation. If you would like to cancel, please email us to get approved. After placing your order the product is automatically sent to Lola Kickz for fulfillment, and prepared for shipping. Therefore, we cannot refund any orders once an order has been received.
