Refunds and Exchanges

Before purchasing products, carefully review your selection (color, size, brand, etc). Policies set forth by Lola Kickz, LLC generally prohibit issuing exchanges or refunds after a product has been purchased AND shipped. For most instances, orders may be cancelled and refunded PRIOR to item(s) being shipped. A restocking fee of $50.00 may apply. Exceptions include Auto Check Out Orders which may be cancelled and refunded no later than 24 hours prior to scheduled sneaker release date. In addition, Pre Orders and Auto Check Out Orders are automatically refunded should the item(s) become unavailable for purchase. Aside from the aforementioned, all sales are considered final and no refunds or exchanges are provided. 

You agree that you will not attempt to evade, avoid, or circumvent any refund prohibitions in any manner with regard to items you purchased. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you will not contact Lola Kickz, LLC to seek a refund or exchange from Lola Kickz, LLC as Lola Kickz, LLC is prohibited from providing one by its clients, and you will not dispute or otherwise seek a "chargeback" from the company whose credit card you used to purchase items from the Site. Should you do so, your orders are subject to immediate cancellation, and Lola Kickz, LLC may, in their sole discretion, refuse to honor pending and future purchases made from all credit card accounts or online accounts on which such chargebacks have been made, and may prohibit future purchases from all persons in whose name the credit card accounts exist and any person who accesses any associated online account or credit card or who otherwise breaches this provision from using the Site.

If a refund is issued, it will be issued using the same method of payment that was used to purchase the item(s). Lola Kickz, LLC will not be liable for any other expenses that you or anyone else incurs in connection with a canceled or refunded order.
